Here are our general procedures regarding Prescription requests.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

 

 

If you are a new patient or not currently under Dr. Tanenbaum's care for an on-going condition or treatment, please contact us to make an appointment or other arrangements.

 

If you are currently under Dr. Tanenbaum's care for a condition or treatment and need to refill or change a prescription:
 

Contact Your Pharmacy with your request.  Give them Dr. Tanenbaum's contact information.

 

Your Pharmacy will contact Dr. Tanenbaum's office for authorization.

 

Dr. Tanenbaum or his staff will contact you if there are any questions or concerns.  In many cases no contact is required.

 

Dr. Tanenbaum's office will authorize your pharmacy to issue the appropriate prescription.  Check with Your Pharmacy for the availability of your medication.
