Introducing TeleVox Automated Messaging System

Implementation has begun. In the next few weeks our office will complete the implementation and testing of TeleVox HouseCalls Automated Messaging System. This sophisticated electronic soft ware will enable appointment confirmation via phone, cell phone, email or text message. Initially the automated system will confirm all appointments via telephone. Over time, as our electronic health records become more complete, we will be able to communicate with our patients in the manner they prefer, text message, email or voice message via home/cell phone.

New Billing Service

In an effort to maintain costs and provide efficient billing and collection services, we have contracted with Priority Medical Billing Service (PMBS). Beginning May, 2011 PMBS will work with our office personnel to process all insurance claims and monthly billing. Effective May 2, rather than manage billing questions in our office we will refer you to our billing service. Please be assured that we will remain in close contact with PMBS to insure that all your billing needs are met. We realize that in today’s world you have many options for medical service.
